The product assistant answers from the data sheets

A chat panel on every page of the site answers questions on the catalogue using the published technical data sheets, and says so when the answer is not in them.

A speech panel drawn over a hexagonal grid, with three ruled lines of an answer

Every page of the site now carries a small panel, bottom left, that answers questions about the ingredients: what a grade is used for, at what dosage, in which pH window, how it is supplied. The answers are drawn from the technical data sheets the site already publishes — nothing else — and when a figure is not on the sheet the assistant says so and points to cisme@cismeitaly.com rather than filling the gap.

It replies in the language of the question. Technical values are quoted as they are printed on the data sheet, without rounding or conversion, because a specification is a document and not a paraphrase.

The assistant is a way into the catalogue, not a substitute for it: every answer names the products it comes from, and each name leads to its own page with the full characteristics table.
