ISO 9001:2015 certification renewed
The production and quality system was audited and confirmed for a further cycle by Certiquality, with no non-conformities raised.
The company operates in compliance with an ISO 9001:2015 production and quality system certified by Certiquality, and the certificate has been renewed following this year's audit.
For a customer the certificate is a procedure, not a plaque: the same batch record, the same retained sample, the same released analysis every time an order leaves Milano. That is what the audit looks at, and it is what the certificate says has been found in order.
The certificate and the quality manual are available to customers on request.
