The application laboratory opens training sessions
Half a day in Milano, with a formulator, on one brief brought by the customer: mild cleansing, conditioning, or thickening without salt.
The application laboratory has always worked on customers' briefs; it now runs dedicated half-day sessions in Milano for formulation teams. One brief, brought by the customer, worked through on the bench: raw materials, the order of the phases, and the measurements that say whether it holds.
Sessions are limited to small groups so that everyone gets bench time. Topics so far have been mild cleansing systems, conditioning on chemically treated hair, and thickening without electrolytes.
