COSMOGEL™ HS60 is an acrylic cross-linked copolymer indicated as thickener for the preparation of alcohol based hand sanitizers and gel surfactants.

Applications
COSMOGEL HS60 is activated by increasing the pH to about 9 or slightly above, resulting in a pseudo plastic gel compatible with Ethyl & Isopropyl Acohol. COSMOGEL HS60 can be used to thicken low dosage anionic and non-ionic surfactants. COSMOGEL HS60 is also used to produce hard air freshener gels and deodorizers. COSMOGEL™ HS60 should be first diluted in de-ionized water under slow stirring. Other ingredients would eventually be added before adjusting the pH.
Packaging
COSMOGEL HS60 is delivered in plastic drums of 200kg on wrapped pallets of 800kg.
Storage
COSMOGEL HS60 should be stored in its original packing at ambient temperature away from direct sun light and protected from freez at temperature above 5° C
