Applications
COSMOGEL® EC1 grants long term emulsion stability due to its higher fineness and elasticity of the network. COSMOGEL EC1 is effective at pH range 3,0 to 11. COSMOGEL EC1 provides thickening and stabilizing properties at 0,5-0,8 % and emulsifying at 1-4%. COSMOGEL EC1 is suggested to be used in gel-cream, lotions and Si/W emulsions. COSMOGEL® EC1 is compatible with DHA self tanning actives and exhibts high suspending properties for inorganic particles such as ZnO and TiO2. COSMOGEL® EC1 provides easy spreading, light skin feel and cushioning effect. COSMOGEL EC1 can be added at any stage of the formulation process, in both hot and cold methods.
Packaging
COSMOGEL EC1 is delivered in drums of 25Kg on wrapped pallets.
Storage
COSMOGEL® EC1 should be stored in its original pack away from direct sun light and protected from freezing (temperature storage must be 10-25°C). It is reccommended to stirr before use.
