Applications
COSMOGEL™ CS60 is activated by increasing the pH to about 8 or slightly above, resulting at a dosage of about 5% in completely transparent pseudoplastic gels compatible with Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol and many low dosage anionic and nonionic surfactants difficult to thicken. COSMOGEL™ CS60 should be first diluted in deionized water under slow stirring. Upon increasing pH with TEA or NaOH to 8 a pseudoplastic transparent gel will be formed. COSMOGEL™ CS60 is indicated to prepare crystal clear hand sanitizer gels.
Packaging
COSMOGEL CS60 is delivered in plastic drums of 125kg on wrapped pallets of 750kg.
Storage
COSMOGEL CS60 should be stored in its original packing at ambient temperature away from direct sun light and protected from freezing at temperature above 5°C.
