BIANCAROL™ AZL
BIANCAROL™ AZL is an anionic stilbene derivative suitable for cellulosic fibres by padding. It can also be used by exhaustion in peroxide bleaching processes because of its excellent levelness. It is particularly suitable for critical articles such as very thick fabrics, knitted goods in rope form, close packed bobbins.
Characteristics
| Appearance | Amber liquid |
|---|---|

| Ionic character | Anionic |
| Chemical nature | Stilbene derivative |
| Light fastness | Very good |
| Wash fastness | Very good |
| Solubility | Excellent |
| Stability | Stable with hard water, hydrosulphite, hydrogen |
| peroxide, alkaline base. Limited in acids. |
Applications
BIANCAROL AZL has a medium-low fiber affinity, so it is possible to control the exhaustion by adding electrolytes. Substantivity is also increased by water hardness. BIANCAROL AZL is very indicated for the pad steam process and can be used in padding liquors, both alone and in conjunction with chemical finishing agents and resins. BIANCAROL AZL whiteness degree is excellent in the application with cross-linking resins in the presence of catalysts based on ammonium chloride, sulphate, phosphate, and magnesium chloride.
Dosage
By exhaustion 0,1 - 0,5 % BIANCAROL AZL By padding 1 - 5 g/l BIANCAROL AZL
